DIY-Dellen-Reparatur spart Hunderte von Dollars
Wenn Sie diese Schritte befolgen, können Sie ein Auto Delle selbst in einem Nachmittag reparieren und ein paar hundert Dollar über Body Shop-Preise sparen.
Selbstausbeulreparatur
Wir haben in unserer Zeit ziemlich viele Dellen repariert. Wir haben es auf die gleiche Weise gemacht wie wir Trockenbau, indem Sie 5 lbs. von Körperfüller und dann Abschleifen 4. 9 lbs. Dann gingen wir zu "Bootcamp" bei 3M und lernten, dass es einen einfacheren Weg (wie in der richtigen Art) gibt, Dellenreparaturen zu machen.
Wir haben 3M-Expertin Jenn Cook gebeten, Sie durch den gleichen Reparaturprozess zu führen. Sobald die Delle geflickt ist, sprühen Sie einfach eine Grundierung und passende Farbe vom Händler oder einem Autoteileladen. Die Reparatur wird nicht wie eine professionelle Arbeit aussehen, aber zumindest wird es nicht wie ein wunde Daumen auffallen. Hier ist der Prozess.

Verbrauchsmaterial abholen
Bei jedem Autoteilelager anhalten und ein 24-Korn-Schleifrad sowie Bleche mit Schleifpapier der Körnungen 80, 180 und 320 kaufen. Kaufen Sie auch eine Flasche Wachsentferner, ein Tack-Tuch, ein Mischbrett, mehrere Kunststoffspreizer und eine Tube Schlussglasur.
Schließlich benötigen Sie Körperfüller. Profi-Füller ist cremiger und leichter zu streichen und zu sand als preisgünstige Produkte, so dass es die zusätzlichen Kosten wert ist. Eine Wahl ist Bondo Professional Gold Filler.
Vor dem Befüllen vorbereiten und reinigen
Entfernen Sie die Farbe
Stecken Sie die 24-körnige Scheibe in Ihre Bohrmaschine und drehen Sie sie tief in die Delle, bis sie ganz bis zum Metall reicht. Dann arbeite dich an die Ränder aus.
Beginnen Sie mit dem Entfernen der Farbe in und um die Delle mit 24-Schleifpapier. Wechseln Sie zu 80-Schleifpapier und schleifen Sie die gesamte Delle von Hand. Verwenden Sie das gleiche Schleifpapier, um die Farbe an den Kanten der Delle aufzutragen. Reinigen Sie den gesamten Bereich mit Wachsentferner und einem sauberen Lappen. Wischen Sie dann mit einem Hefttuch ab.
Mischen Sie den Füllstoff
Streichen, schöpfen und falten
Verbreiten Sie den Füllstoff in einer S-förmigen Kurve auf dem Mischbrett. Dann heben Sie es auf und falten Sie es um. Wiederholen Sie dies, bis der Füller eine einheitliche Farbe hat.
Körperfüller nicht auf einem Stück Pappe mischen. Verwenden Sie stattdessen ein Mischbrett oder ein altes, sauberes Backblech, das Sie zu werfen bereit sind.
Füllen Sie den Füller auf das Rührbrett und tragen Sie den Härter gemäß den Anweisungen auf. Dann mischen Sie es mit einer Spread-and-Fold-Bewegung. Die Streu- und Falttechnik mischt den Härter vollständig in den Füllstoff und verhindert die Bildung von Luftblasen. Rühren Sie die Mischung niemals um.

Etwas Spachtelmasse aufnehmen und fest in das Rohmetall eindrücken.
Mehr Füller hinzufügen
Wischen Sie eine dickere Füllerschicht ab, um die Delle vollständig zu füllen.
Verteilen Sie den Füller, um eine "feste" Schicht zu bilden. Dadurch wird Luft aus den Kratzern geblasen und das blanke Metall benetzt. Tragen Sie dann eine Füllschicht auf.
Sand zum Formen und Glasur
Sand die Glasur
Hand-Sand die Glasur mit 180-Korn und dann 320-Schleifpapier, um eine glatte Oberfläche zu bekommen. Dann grundieren und malen.
Schleifen Sie den Füller mit 80- und 180-Schleifpapier auf die Konturen der Karosserie. Dann federn Sie die Kanten des Füllers bis zur lackierten Kante.
Als nächstes die endgültige Glasur auf das gesamte Pflaster auftragen und dann mit Schleifpapier der Körnung 180 und dann Schleifpapier der Körnung 320 schleifen. Sprühen Sie das Pflaster mit Primer und malen Sie es dann.
